COVID-19 Health and Safety
Plans are being developed to hold IGC10 safely and enjoyably.
At minimum IGC10 will meet health and safety protocols set by state and local government as well as requirements by Washington University in St. Louis. Organizers will monitor the trajectory of the pandemic and will make adjustments as needed.
IGC10 will be a vaccination required meeting. Our main priority is guest safety. If you are not medically eligible to be fully vaccinated, please contact IGC102022@wustl.edu. Attendees who have provided mobile numbers at registration will receive a text message with a link to upload documents to HealthShield. If you do not receive a text message, you may upload your documents utilizing the button below.
Additional specific guidelines will be provided closer to the meeting date given the ongoing evolution of COVID-19. At this time, visitors are encouraged to complete the visitor self-screening before entering campus. Visitors must be familiar with and adhere to any current campus health and safety guidelines. Masking at WashU is currently optional.
